EA confirms big games lineup for 2010

Electronic Arts has just revealed a number of games that they will be releasing this year for their 2010 schedule of potential blockbusters. And there are indeed some blockbusters in the list.
Although some of them will come out in 2010, some of them won’t hit until January-March 2011.
Here is what was announced/confirmed for 2010 release:
* Crysis 2 (Releasing in October-December. Set in New York with a fully updated Nanosuit with new abilities)
* New Need for Speed (Releasing this Christmas, with the Need for Speed after that coming in the first three months of 2011)
* Dead Space 2 (will be console only).
* A new Dragon Age “Title to be Announced” coming to consoles, PC and handhelds
* A new “Shooter from Epic Games” (Most likely the rumored People Can Fly game project named “Bulletstorm”. Which will be a downloadable title)
* A new “Action Title” (To Be Announced)
* APB to be released in July-September 2010
* Medal of Honor to be released from July-September 210.
Sounds like a pretty good list to me.
Some other news from the earnings report includes: EA reducing packaged game releases by 33% in Fiscal Year 2011, Dragon Age Origins and Left 4 Dead 2 sales over 3 million, EA publishing deal for Rock Band will last till March 2010, Something “far-reaching” coming to Mass Effect next year, FIFA 10 sales 9.7 million, over three million people downloaded the Dante’s Inferno demo, EA will release EA Sports Active for multiple platforms.
