If you’re wondering how to start a match with your second character, try this simple cheat. Hold the Partner Button during the character introduction sequence before the match starts.

How-to Move Your Character After A Match Ends
To move your character after a match has ended, simply press any direction on the Wii Remotes Directional Pad when “You Win” is displayed on the screen. This will allow you to gain control of your character a final time.

Unlock new colors for each character
Here’s how to get the third and fourth colors for each character, clear the indicated stage and the final stage in Arcade Mode with the character you want the new colors for.
To unlock a 3rd color: Clear stage 4 / Beat the giant opponent in Arcade Mode.
To unlock a 4th color: Clear stage 8 / Beat the final boss in Arcade Mode.

How to unlock secret movies
To unlock a second opening movie: Unlock the character Yatterman-2 by beating the game with Frank West, Zero, Tekkaman Blade, and Joe the Condor’s in Arcade Mode and seeing their endings.

Playable Mini-Game in Tatsunoko VS Capcom

There is a hidden playable mini-game that you can play once you reach the credits after beating the game with Roll. As soon as they start to roll, press the A Button on the Wii Remote. The black backround will morph into a basic platformer mini-game, where you take control of Doronjo and her lackeys. By collecting all the yellow letters (that spell: “thank you for playing”) during this ending scene, you unlock the Tatsunoko VS Capcom: Ultimate All-Shooters mini-game.

How-to Perform A 100-hit Combo

A 100-hit combo can be successfully executed playing with Ryu and Viewtiful Joe as assist. Jchensor explains “The goal of this combo was to get as many ground-based Shinkuu Hadoukens as possible, and I managed three, but it also introduces a really interesting concept for Combos: the combination of Viewtiful Joe’s Assists + Mega Crash allows for the canceling of your OWN moves to open up new Combos from Supers that were previously unable to be followed up. Also, since it hits you and not the enemy, it still allows you to call Joe’s Assist later on in the Combo for more mayhem!”
