No More Heroes 2 has a release date of January 26th, 2010 in North America and February or March 2010 in Europe; exclusively for the Wii.
The sequel to the cult-hit original, an open-world action game of extremely wacky, Japanese, anime-inspired design, No More Heroes 2: Desperate Struggle continues the tale of punk anti-hero Travis Touchdown.
An Japanese anime Otaku, and pro wrestling-obsessed assassin, Travis finds himself at the bottom of the UAA (United Assassins Association) rankings and must wage war to become the No. 1 assassin once again.
This follow-up promises offer fans “infectious, fun gameplay that allows you to wield not just one, but two swords and face multiple bosses simultaneously in bigger-than-ever boss battles.” The game will contain much more varied sidequests that are more important to the plot, will have an upgraded driving system and better combat with more moves, the AI is improved along with the physics, there will be much more boss fights and “gang boss fights”.
Probably more important to fans, Travis will have access to four different Beam weapons, and both Shinobu and Henry will be playable at some point in the game.
Here is a trailer showing Henry’s kick-assery.
And here’s the original debut trailer.
That’s aaggeess away!
From what I saw walmart broke the street date on NMH2. They’re selling the full game in their stores, yet when I searched for it on their website, They had no items even related to NMH2
