Wii Music 2 or Plus talked about by Shigeru Miyamoto

Nintendo is not done with Wii Music revealed Shigeru Miyamoto, creator of the game and the mastermind behind Nintendo’s biggest games, mascots and innovations from Mario and Zelda to Wii Fit and Wii Remote & Nunchuck themselves.
Speaking to the Official Nintendo Magazine in Europe, Shiggy revealed that they are planning to do a “Wii Fit Plus”-style upgrade to Wii Music. And although the game hasn’t been revealed yet, this just about confirms it, direct from the source.
“[Wii Music] was a really unique game, and even today, we are receiving several different offers from people in the field of music education,” he said. “I think it still has great potential.” Asked about future plans, Miyamoto could only drop hints. “Unfortunately, we don’t have any news we can talk about at the moment. But like Wii Fit Plus, it’s not really a sequel to the original Wii Fit – but we have added some features to improve the overall experience. It’s kind of an enhanced version.”
Notice how he is talking as if the project already exists. Can’t blame him for trying again though, maybe they can succeed with another swipe at it (since the first Wii Music game underperformed).
