Assassins Creed 2’s November 16th release date (November 20th in Europe) is almost upon us. As such, you would probably like to take the game for a spin with an Assassin’s Creed 2 demo before you buy it, eh.
Unfortunately, it looks like a demo of the game IS NOT coming . . . . at all. Because let’s face it, you WILL buy it. At least Ubisoft thinks so.
Speaking at the Eurogamer Expo, an Ubisoft representative said that they have absolutely “no plans” to release a demo for the highly anticipated sequel to the original Asssassin’s Creed.
And while the game’s hype seems to be rightly deserved, and it will probably be a great game that most people will pick up anyhow, it is a bit bewildering that they wouldn’t release a demo for it. At this point in time, demos are generally a given for all the big games.
