Konami has revealed there is a 50-track song list for Karaoke Revolution. This is the latest game in the long-running singing series.
The game will be released for the Xbox 360, Wii, and PS3 this November 17, 2009. The game comes prepackaged with a USB Logitech microphone, but it will be compatible with all major gaming mics, including mics from Rock Band, Guitar Hero, Lips (Xbox 360 video game) and SingStar.
This newest iteration includes a deep character customization and venue customization mode. This allows players to create their own custom stage to sing in, using pyrotechnics, lights, special effects, screens, and more. The game comes prepackaged with 10 venues, including a Rockabilly theme, a Tiki Torch theme, a Hollywood Glamour theme, and an Outer Space theme.
For the first time in the series, all the songs are master tracks, they span all genres ranging from classics from the ’70s (including several Jackson 5 songs, thanks to a partnership with Universal) all the way to today’s mainstream hits.
