Facebook, Twitter and Last.fm has an Xbox 360 release date of November 17th, 2009 according to the UK Xbox web-site.
Although it isn’t known if the above date is International or specific to the United Kingdom, it’s likely that the service will be rolled out soon anyway for all users. As it was announced way back at E3 2009. There may be a public beta sometime this month as well before the services go live.
As you may or may not already know, the above features will be fully integrated into Xbox Live during that Dashboard update on November 17th, which will allow users to quickly and easily upgrade their Facebook or Twitter accounts directly from their Xbox 360’s. Last.fm will allow you to build and share music playlists with other users and listen to streaming music directly on your 360.
As some have pointed out, it is a bit weird that Microsoft doesn’t just give us a fully functioning web-browser, which would give us all of the above AND MORE in one quick swipe.
But hey, the more function you can get out of your Xbox the better. I’m definitely not complaining.

And there I was thinking that they had already thought of every way to update your facebook and twitter…
Hahaha, I know huh. But if there are ways for them to expand how you can update your Twitter, Facebook, Myspace, Last.fm, etc., you KNOW they’ll find it!
If I recall correctly, there may be plans to expand some of these features to other systems like the Wii and PS3. God knows they would love to get it on as many systems as possible.
Well in a way it’s already coming to PS3 as well, but in games. If you enter your Twitter details in Uncharted 2, it will automatically tweet all your in-game accomplishments to your account!
w0w thats great i fill that some so this game become the number one for this year…
