Do you want ICO and Shadow of the Colossus bundled on PS3 in HD? Creator says it needs fan support to happen

Demand an ICO/Shadow of the Colossus PS3 collection and it may happen!
This according to creator Fumito Ueda, who stated in interviews conducted at Japan’s Tokyo Game Show 2009 that he now has an interest in bringing his two critical PS2 darlings to the PlayStation 3. However he will need the support of the fans, and of Sony in general, if this is ever going to happen.
This is how he responded when asked about the possiblity of bringing the two games to the PS3 (or PSP), “Initially, I didn’t want to consider that. I always thought they were designed for PS2 and should stay there. But lately, I’ve been thinking it would be nice to provide the games to other platforms to reach more users”
And now that dream is even closer to becoming a reality. As Fumito Ueda revealed to Kotaku that he is having a meeting on the very issue of bringing ICO and Shadow of Colossus to PS3 NEXT WEEK.
To quote: “I do have an interest in that. Next week, I’ll have a meeting about the possibility. But it might not be so easy, because, with both titles we really stretched the limits of the PS2. It’s complex. So it’s not such an easy transfer to the PS3. But I want to discuss it.”
You heard the man! So hit the message boards, comments, forums, etc. of every game web-site you can to try and drum up support for the idea. If enough people are demanding it then Sony will have to realize how much sense it makes and hopefully green light it.
It would make a nice companion to the God of War Collection, which is surely to be a hit when it releases on November 10, 2009.
