White Final Fantasy XIII branded PS3 Slim edition announced for Japan. FFXIII gameplay walkthrough from TGS 09
Final Fantasy XIII, Square Enix’s highly anticipated next entry in the Final Fantasy series, was playable on the show floor at Japan’s Tokyo Game Show 2009.
Which means good things for us, because there is a new three part gameplay walkthrough with the developers who show off an early portion of FFXIII.
But before we get to that, Japanese gamers will be happy (and Western gamers envious) at an all-new 250GB FFXIII-branded PS3 that was announced. The system is colored Ceramic White (with white controller) and includes a big pink imprint of FFXIII protagonist Lightning on one side of the top of the system. The bundle, priced at Â¥41,600 ($461.76), will be released on FFXIII’s launch date of December 17 in Japan.
Now to the videos below. Included in this walkthrough is a few normal battles, descriptions on how the systems in the game work, some information about the story, and a look at a few of the environments. It culminates in a boss battle where you get to see a Summon in action!

I really don’t think anything will ever beat the cool piano black of the original PS3, but it is kind of cool - ish.
