A Microsoft portable gaming handheld may soon be a reality as . . . the Zune HD.

There are a number of promotional videos for the device making the round thanks to Buy TV. These include the ability to “play games” with a brief clip of a racing title as “proof”. Although we won’t fully know how far down the gaming rabbit hole the system goes until it is fully unveiled this Tuesday. In the video there is a couple of really nice overviews of the car dock, built-in radio, Xbox integration, Zune video, and AV dock (it outputs 720p video).

We’ll learn more very soon.
