Prince of Persia 2 movie? Jake would love to do sequels

A Prince of Persia 2 and 3 movie are most likely coming down the line, as is always the case with big-budget Hollywood movies. Particularly when someone like Jerry Bruckheimer is producing and Disney is distributing.

To that end, actor Jake Gyllenhaal, who plays Prince Dastan in the film, was asked by Entertainment Tonight if he would be open to the possibility of doing sequels. Meaning a 2nd, 3rd or even 4th film. His response?

Question: You’d be ready to strap on the boots again?

Jake: Uhhh, yes, definitely. Yeah.

I hope they end up recreating the Sands of Time game Trilogy as blockbuster movies. The Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time movie is due for release on May 28th, 2010 in the US and UK.

I totally loved Sands Of Time as a movie. I really hope there’s another Prince Of Persia-movie coming. That would make my day.

There needs to be a Prince of Persia 2 so I can watch so I don’t wear out my DVD of Prince of Persia 1. I keep watching it over and over. Please make a Prince of Persia 2 soon. Then a 3 and a 4 maybe.

Yea bro ! Warrior Within and The Two Thrones are the epic games of all time ! But the movie was not that good, I was expecting the same plot as in the game and some monsters, plus, there was not much acrobatics as in the game ( I know that acrobats and stunts are not easy to do but the movie would have won great fame if its plot were based on the game).

I belive the game was first.. done in 2003 (don`t know for sure) and after that whas the film created so.. the game is a bit diferit from the movie..

choosing the cast of prince of persia was just genius and they’ll ruin the whole thing if they changed it … Jake was born to be a warrior prince in this movie it’s like he came from the past … yes there should be a sequel please this movie is epic and one the most amazing stories ccompanied by great directing to be presented the way it was <3 loved every moment and especially how they longed to be with each other and how it felt after everthing was over that love is just remarkable. what is a movie without true love mixed with ancient magical adventures
