PSP App Store coming for PSP and PSPGo
Following the lucrative trail blazed by Apple, Sony is planning an App Store for the PSP and PSP Go according to reports out of IGN.
According to them several video game developers and various studios have already been approached and have signed on to start developing various Applications for the portable.
Apparently the upcoming App Store will be separate from the PlayStation Store. And in addition to various Apps of differing functions, Apps could even include small downloadable games, as small as 20MB..
Sony will be highly targeting the development community with their App Store and in pursuit of that will be cutting the price of its software development kit as well as streamlining the approval process to allow for smaller teams to get in on the action.
