Star Wars Rogue Squadron 4: Factor 5 cancelled Wii development, and sold it?

Star Wars Rogue Squadron 4 was in development for Wii & may be at another company
Star Wars Rogue Squadron 4 for Wii was definitely in development by Factor 5. This was revealed in a new lawsuit by ex-Factor 5 employees following the company’s recent closure of the U.S. studio.

The lawsuit claims that Factor 5 “fraudulently” transfered aspects of the game to another company before they claimed bankcrupcy while also refusing to pay their employees.

But the more interesting aspect to gamers is not just the fact that the game was indeed in development for the Wii, but the little tidbit about it possibly being passed on to another company . . .

As of now it is not known what company bought the development material for the Wii Rogue Squadron game nor whether they are continuing development on it, or if it has been effectively cancelled. And even if it has been cancelled, maybe the developers can still use that data to create a non-licensed game?
