Official Dragon Ball: Raging Blast character list

The complete Dragon Ball: Raging Blast cast will consist out of 43 characters (77 including transformations, so far) have been revealed, like Goku, Frieza, Cell, Videl, Broly and Future Trunks. Below is a full list for the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 Budokai Tenkaichi fighting game coming to the U.S. on November 10th, 2009, to Europe on the 13th, and to Australia on the 19th. A Dragon Ball: Raging Blast demo is available on Xbox Live and the U.S. PSN.

When you click on each Dragon Ball: Raging Blast character’s name below, where available, a window will pop up with their picture or video.

2. Android #17 — Unlockable by beating the “Android #17 vs. The New Piccolo” mission.
3. Android #18 — Unlockable by beating the “Cute and Powerful?! Android #18 Has No Weakness” mission.

7. Broly (SSJ, Legendary Super Saiyan) — Unlockable by beating the “Freedom!” mission.
8. Super Saiyan 3 Broly (game-exclusive) — Unlockable by spending 20 stars on the ‘What If’ mission titled “Legendary Super Saiyan Reborn” (The Shop is in the Edit Deck under Super Customize) and then beating it, OR by using your pre-order code.

Maybe this time there are 119 less characters — compared to Dragon Ball Z: Budokai Tenkaichi 3 — because of a character creator Atari hinted at years ago? Although with Namco Bandai now publishing that seems unlikely.

The game will have fully destructible environments and HD graphics, as this trailer shows.

While there are no characters to add to this list anymore, Namco Bandai are releasing existing character packs for Dragon Ball: Raging Blast as downloadable content for free on Xbox Live Marketplace and the PlayStation Store.

If I do get this game, I’ll reimagine Videl as a Saiyan this time. First I gotta save up some bling to get an XBOX 360 or PS3.

Misleading title. It’s not really the official character list. I thought for a second Namco Bandai had released the full list of characters. =’\

James: While I can understand your initial confusion, it’s not meant to be misleading, it’s actually a regular feature we do for fighting games and we will often keep updating these character lists for over a year until all character have been announced. The list only consists out of characters that have so far been officially announced by Namco Bandai, as confirmed by the separate images for each character.

dude future trunks never went SSJ2, for trunks his confirmed forms so far are only

Future Trunks w/ sword (base,SSJ)
Future Trunks w/ sayian armor (Base, SSJ)

SSJ trunks transforms into Super Trunks which is a form in between SSj and SSj2, same thing with vegeta but they havent been shown yet

Vin: Ok ok, take it easy, I’ll change it. But Trunks being a Super Super Saiyan sounds superfluous, that’s why the terminology for that transformation is listed in the wiki’s as Ultra SSJ. Anyways, I added it.

Well i really don’t care who’s in the game,as long as it’s good and have in game transformations and have broly in it. then it’s a must buy for me.thank god i have a x box 360.

I just looked at the list of characters from DBZBT3 and found that if you eliminate all the characters from Dragonball, Movie/specials, all characters from GT, extra Great Apes (ex. Great Ape Raditz, etc.), character duplicates (ex. Goku (Early), Vegeta (Mid), etc.), part of Frieza’s Henchmen (Appule, Cui, Burter, Jeice, Guldo, Frieza Solider), and King Cold, Nail, Great Saiyaman 1 and 2, and Grandpa Gohan, you are left with about 78 or so characters. (Saiyan, Namek, Android, Majin)- kinda sucks, doesn’t it.

but we dont know what the case is yet if it goes to the buu saga or the cell saga cuz if it goes to the cell saga then u can almost guarenntee that they will keep in those minoe characters and all of the movie characters up to that point, but if it goes to the buu saga then most of the roster will just be of the main characters.

I mean there no real evidence that shows it is going to go to the Buu Saga i mean a second costume for vegeta and a 2 second clip of SSJ2 Goku in a teaser video is not good evidence to me, until i see a character that was exclusive to the buu series like buu himself or vegito or gotenks then i will not believe that that saga is in the game
