Pre-order Darksiders for PS3 THQ reps at E3 2009 announced in a webcast that the apocalypse begins January 5th, 2010. As that’s when Darksiders will be released on the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3.

I’m very interested in this, to me Darksiders: Wrath of War looks like an apocalyptic Legend of Zelda game! The action-adventure game casts players as War, the first of the Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse. When a war breaks out between heaven and hell, War is (understandably) accused of sparking the conflict, and soon finds himself fighting both sides in his attempt to clear his “good” name and get revenge on those responsible.

The four horsemen of the apocalypse storm the GameSpot E3 booth for an half an hour long stage demo.
