Feather locations tips:

a white featherFeathers are the new flags. You will be able to find a total of 100 Feathers in the game. Here are tips to best find all the feathers:

  • Feathers are placed along the main quest areas of the game. This is unlike the flags in the first game, which appeared seemingly at random throughout the world.
  • Finding hidden Feathers (originally for Ezio’s little brother Petruccio) is best done by running across rooftops. Since naturally that’s where birds spend the most time losing them.
  • Walk around the rooftops with Eagle Vision turned on and you’ll see the Feathers in a white glitch type of graphic.
  • Collecting these Feathers will also lead to tangible rewards in the game. Without spoiling what exactly, it’s the final weapon Ezio could use in his quest for revenge. The intangible reward is if you collect all the Feathers, you get the “In Memory of Petruccio” 30G Achievement or Bronze Trophy.

How to easily find missing feathers:

To find your last few feathers, you must go into the DNA strand in the pause menu. There you’ll find a section at the end of the strand where secret items and feathers are located.

Then go in to the feathers section and it’ll tell you in what districts your missing feathers are.

George, you obtain the armor after Uncle Mario moves his hidden bookshelf to reveal a downstairs lair. Then you must find all of the assassin’s tombs to bring back the medallions.

Thed, it’s like RyRy said, you can find the bookshelf that opens opposite the codex wall. After uncle Mario has opened it, it always stays open to reveal stairs down to the Villa’s basement.

John, check out the tip on this page about the DNA strand that shows how many feathers are missing and then look at the map of that city. Try and remember which ones you got for sure, as the only way to get them all is by walking past each feather locations on that map from top to bottom.

      in AC2 where’s all the weapons ?

Marc: These are the instructions my white edition of AC2 gives me to access the unlocked Santa Maria Del Frari, after having entered the unlock code in the exclusive content section. The small letter text below the code reads: “Arrive at the Exterior of Santa Maria Del Frari church in Venezia, going through the secret entrance located in the middle of the bell tower. Exclusive unlockable contents may only be unlocked one single time with a unique key designed for [your console] and accessed through a high speed internet access.” I imagine your black edition text gives info about all 3 locations, it’s just in really small writing.

Maria: Look on this page for the “Secret Assassin Seals Tombs Locations and Guide” section. Those videos and text will tell you exactly where the Assasin Seals are.

Greg: After you buy weapons from the weapons black smith, you should go to your uncle Mario’s Villa. When you enter the front door, go directly to your left and you’ll find the weapons room, where all your purchased/unlocked weapons are displayed. Walk up to each display case to switch weapons, although the game will usually automatically equip the most powerful weapons for you.
