what?! angelina jolie looks too old to play the part?!! that’s what’s wrong with people today,when it comes to age,and looks it’s all fake,it’s not as if they ask betty white to play the next tomb raider,than it would be appropriate to question the age factor,if the studios approach jolie,and she turned it down,than it would make sense on her part to call the shots if she’s too old,which obviously she isn’t,and only if the studios felt she was obviously too old which i doubt.but than again hollywood has away with defining youth as being the “it boy or girl” or a teen attraction or you have to get all kinds of gross cosmetic surgical procedures to be considered “young” 24 is seen as too old,so i can imagine if you’re 30 someting in holloywood,by 40 they’re ready to hang you out to dry.megan fox can play her solely for her looks.but for her acting skills,i don’t know? her list of movies are campy,high octane action pack,b-movie esque horor flicks that has little to no remotely good acting in them,the studios want her because of sex appeal,even though jolie is divinely beautiful,an in part looks like the core designs of lara croft,she fit perfectly into the role,though they were others at the time who could’ve played her,megan fox has to prove herself before she attempts to play lara croft,jolie has the specific looks,and the emotion to play lara croft,she’ more seasoned in her talents since the tomb raider movies,and she has grown spiritually,an is more mature minded,if the next movie is about her at a younger age,prior or around the days of natla,than i can see another actress,who is younger than jolie.but to say she’s too old to play tomb raider over all,you’re way off…(side note) the studios need to really rethink leaving jolie out,i understand if she doesn’t want to do it,or if the studios want to make a more darker,more serious character base film,rather than just sex appeal,and tits bounching through caves,and explosions,which the 1st film wasn’t quite that.but by the 2nd one it was,magan fox can play the campy version of lara croft from the 2nd film which was more about gloss than great story telling jolie can play the more sardonic,cold,yet emotionally complex,and mysterious tomb raider from the good old days,the only way i can see megan fox playing lara croft is if she seriously tones down the more than obviously attempts to stand out sexually,she doesn’t let if flow,she tries too hard,which has nothing to do with her playing tomb raider ).but the only reason i can see the studios wanting her for lara croft is because of the sex appeal alone, jolie has it.but at her time of the tomb raider movies,she was wanted for multiple dimensions,if the studio wants to make a more believable tomb raider movie,on the levels of the da vinci code angels and demons meet indiana jones,mixed with the harsh gun play of the matrix(since she does carry guns,why not let her use them?)they should not,i repeat,they should not go with MEGAN FOX,i mean if they don’t want to ruin the already flaccid movie/slightly dumbed down video game franchise,an if they do,i hope she takes it serious,and not try to play it out as some photo op,or soft porn film,i just don’t take her serious.but i’ll give her a chance,because who knows,she may step up her game,after all she’ll have to put on a british accent,so if she can do that convincingly,an act studios,an urbane,while kicking ass,than she’s on board.but if she just wants to flaunt hot pants,and pistols just to be seen as even more sexy,than the studios,might as well give it to jenna jameson.(even though tomb raider is sexy)a i’m not against that,it’s just that lara croft is a mix of sex appeal,and smarts,she’s studious,a loner(until the movies,and slightly in angel of darkness).but it would be nice to see a movie where she’s played out like the classic video games,i have this feeling that if megan gets the role she’ll be written as over sexed,with kissing scenes throughout the entire movie,where as jolie connected with the character,it doesn’t appear to me megan fox cares about connecting with the characters,to say,all she has to do is look good,while uttering a few lines without feeling,so if the studios are as serious about a deeper tomb raider film,they are not looking hard enough for other actresses who are more than talented,and good looking and “young” to play a convincing lara croft,beyond just looking good,for the sake of looking good.i know they are some prospective actresses out there to play her,beyond megan fox.but i must admit,her pinchant for action films may give her a hands up on the other actresses outside of jolie,she does have the look,and appeal,you can’t get around that,i can see her playing tomb raider before scarlett johansson(which is a random actress name i picked,not in the running for tomb raider)so i’m not totally against megan fox playing tomb raider,it’s just that to me she doesn’t have the overall package,other than a look that the studios can easely make tomb raider.which i know she would look damn good.but what comes after that?! i mean if it was just an all out hard on fest for fan boys of megan fox solely,than it’s what it is.but it’s not just a megan fox fest,she’s more popular for being sexy,than a damn good actress,angelina jolie talents made her look even more mysterious,it was like back in the day she was lara croft,angie was sexy.but dark,and aloof,an add to that beauty,and smarts,that’s what made the studios go after her for tomb raider.megan is not sought after for this role,she’s just an easy pick when it comes to the surface,and how the studios want to reboot the franchise,in a more serious manner,why start with megan fox? she’s good for the looks.but not deep enough in talent to pull off a serious role,even if it’s partially action pack,so i hope she can get it together,and the studios that want a SERIOUS tomb raider roboot this time,trying seeking out a serious actress to do it.

The Movie ( Tomb Raider ) With Out Angelina Jolie.

I am going to put it to you like this, I will not go see it. I can understand if the movie was going to be about( Lara Croft )at the age of 15 then may be but to do this to ( Angelina )it is just not right, she can pull this off 23 N/P Angelina is hot and Megan Fox is not so Tomb Raider is (Lara Croft )AKA Angelina Jolie.

To be honest megan fox is stunning, however I think its annoying how shes suddenly the new angelina jolie and she gets all her old jobs.
Yet, I think to reboot this they should cast an unknown actress who knoews what shes doing instead of some eye candy really
