Afrika PS3 game will be released in North America this year
Afrika, the African Safari photographing game announced at E3 2006, will finally be released in North America THIS YEAR reports The Examiner.
The game became somewhat of a joke when it was originally announced at E3 and was criticized for its seeming lack of gameplay and, despite the great graphics, the fact that few details were announced left players confused and underwhelmed by its showing.
Since then however the game has been released in other countries but has yet to hit North America. Until now. Natsume has picked up the title for publishing exclusively for PS3 later this year. No word on whether it will contain the “National Geographic: Afrika” name we reported on earlier.
As will be the tune throughout this week, gamers can expect to learn more about Afrika and its American launch at E3 2009, which is mere days away.
