Metal Gear Solid 2 novel releases on November 24th
Did you enjoy Metal Gear Solid 2? If so, you may be interested in the Metal Gear Solid 2: Sons of Liberty novel which will be released this November 24th (that’s on my birthday! Weee!)
The novel was written by the same guy who did the first Metal Gear Solid novel, author Raymond Benson. He is also well known for doing James Bond books.
What I really want to know is . . . WHY NOW? I mean I am all for novelization of video games. I am a big reader of comic book-based novels since I am not much of a comic book or graphic novel reader myself (though I’m trying to improve that) so the more videogame-based novels the better. But it’s so far out from the release of Metal Gear Solid 2 that it strikes me as curious.
What do you guys think? Will you be buying this novel? I actually never played MGS2 so maybe I’ll pick this up. Though i still intend to play the game sometime here.
