Dynasty Warriors 6: Strikeforce screenshots
New screenshots for Dynasty Warriors: Strikeforce for the PSP have been revealed. The game is an update to Dynasty Warriors 6 with all new content and will be released this Spring.
The main new feature in the game are “Fury” transformations (called Shin Musou Kakusei in Japanese) which is pretty much the same thing as the “Musou Rage” in Dynasty Warriors 5. The Fury transformations drastically effect the appearance of the characters along with increased stat bonuses.
The game was first revealed in the Shonen Jump Japanese magazine last September. The first showing revealed the Fury appearances of Zhao Yun, Xiahou Dun and Sun Shang Xiang.
Other upgrades include the ability for some characters to fly, weapon changes for some of the characters (Huang Zhong and Xiahou Yuan are shown wielding bows instead of scimitars), new movesets, new quests, air fighting techniques, redesigned levels and additional Downloadable Content (DLC).
An English demo of the game is up now for play on the PSP via the Playstation Network.
