Official Fight Night Round 4 character list

54 playable characters have been confirmed for the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 boxing game Fight Night Round 4, although it’s said to feature 48 licensed fighters. The game will be released on June 30th, 2009.

This rebirth focuses the series on realism with insane detail and a host of legendary fighters that include Muhammad Ali and Mike Tyson.

They should have the following fighters for the only reason that is the great boxers they are, c’mon, Julio Ceaser Chavez, Erik Morales, Felix Trinrdad, Joe Luis, EVANDER “THE REAL DEAL” HOLYFIELD, Juan Manuel Vazquez, his brother maybe, Salvador Sanchez, just a thought, hell I think we can do without Butterbean, c’mon man!

Not a bad list but it wouldn’t be a bad idea if you guys throw in there Juan Manuel Lopez and the Marquez brothers. Also have a few more legends ( unlockables ) like Trinidad, Chavez, Salvador Sanchez, Wilfredo Gomez. The game would bring more exposure if there is unlockable legends. Anyone would be willing to buy the game. Guaranteed !!!

man what i think they messing up at… holyfield, riddick bowe, joe louis, ken norton, larry holmes, rocky marciano and i’m hoping they will be in the game… y butterbean??? 50cent??? dude wtf… no more boxing bums or created player bs… butterbean??? and he supposed to be heavy wt… who made this list??? i did hear chavez and marciano was gonna be in the game and larry holmes too…

oh and to add they should put new and up comings stars like andre dirrell and andre ward… these guys are sweet and has the skills to beat the best right now period.

roy jones jr, b-hop, and james tony gotta be in middle wt also… jones jr, toney and david haye all supposed to be in heavy wt… let along floyd mayweather supposed to be down to light wt also and manny pacquiao supposed to be up to welter wt also…. samething with thomas the hit man supposed to be in welter wt also… well i hope they get it all right on the list… but those heavys should be in the game and not 50cent and f,n butterbean…where is paul williams???

I agree Paul “the punisher”Williams needs to be in the game along with, Tito, Vargas, Vernon Forrest, the Russian brothers, Joshua Clottey, and Margarito too even though he is a cheater lol…………………Hector Camocho, and please dont forget one of the greatest to lace them up Sweet Pea……….nuff said

yea i can kinda see what they did fro all the new videos out… you know they do dee to put all the guys amir khan, sweat pea, tito, clotty… that would be cool…
but if you look at it more colsely it will be about 11 real good heavy wts and 50cent… no holyfield tho and that’s gonna suck… and no joe louis that will suck also… and it sould be 11 light heavy wts by adding joe clazge and JT and thomas hit man hearns there… again no holyfiled… now it should be 15 middle wts by adding Roy jones jr, james tony and b-hop and oscar de la hoya… now i just hopping they don’t f it up… wel check that roberto duran and venny paz to middle making a 17 total.. and welter wts need thomas hearnes, ray lenord, ray robinson, viny paz, roberto duran, hector camacho, and manny pac…. making a cool 16 welter wts… i can see where they are going IF THEY DO IT RIGHT… oh you boys at EA this game MAKE SURE YALL DOT YOUR EYES AND CROSS YOUR T’s please don’t F it up… i see yall use alot of my ideals already on the other blog and hell yall could have call me in for free.. no joke lol…i just want to see the game done right and it all about the little things in detail also… i have alot more game ideals too ether you want in hit me up or they will be out anyway in the near furture… but one other thing i do know is boxing and TO ALL THE JAB QUEENS ON FUGHT NIGHT ROUND 3… your done in round 4 NOW LETS SEE YOUR REAL SKILL IN round 4 if you have any at all… now let’s see… good job EA… remember ali never put anyone to sleep in the 1st round with a damn jab… oh and not to add ALI must be very tuff with the chin and the body… ALI never been KO ever… been knocked down 2 and fought with a broken jaw and almost won that one 2… i’ll be very disappointed if ALI has a major weak spot… i’d say what is fair bout 88 head and body 100 heart 100 footwork 100 speed according to round 3 80 power that’s ali 100 stamina as 15 round fighter that never quit… and his will

please take jermain taylor off the game… and put andre ward or andre dirrell to fill that void or froch… sheese jt will never get past amateur ranking if he don’t get past a amateur trainer… and that’s what i was talking about on the other blogs some fighters is only as good as there trainers or how there trainers train them for a big fight and JT will not get past a amateur level if he dose not lose the amateur trainer and fight style and far as i’m concerned JT is done… finished… if he ever want to fight again and be good he needs to leave arkansas to train… come to LA or philly and get Naseem richardson or freddy roach for his skill level or even a mayweather… or he is done… so take him off or turn his stamina way down cause he just don’t have it…. what ever it is… he don’t have it at all… and never did if you ask me… i never thought he beat b-hop and let alone 2wice… that BS… they was just passing the torch to a younger fighter that was not ready….

what about arturo gatti? he was the ultimate blood and guts warrior. heart is one of the things thats measured on the game and NOBODY had more heart than gatti. and put him at lightweight. that was his best class and 140 which i know you guys don’t have. no marciano? you must be joking. 49-0 record. the only undefeated heavyweight ever. it’s time you put pernell whitaker on there too. he’s one of the all time greats for sure. he should have been on there from round one. the game just won’t be right without gatti though. as for whitaker, i just can’t imagine how he’s never been on the previous games. another great and exciting fighter is rocky graziano. this guy was a great brawler with alot of heart and tough as nails. he’s the appitomy of a rugged tough fighter.PLEASE put these guys on here. if i had to choose just 3 fighters it would be marciano, gatti, and gratziano just for pure excitement. there’s enough technical fighters on here already. calzaghi too.

PLEASE for the love of God make the controler setup able to have configuration 5. i have rounds 1, 2, and 3 and have never been able to use the anolog sticks. it’s too easy to make a mistake with the stick. at least you know excactly what punch is gonna be thrown with the buttons. if you dont roll the stick just right it won’t work. leave it up to the player if he wants to use the sticks or the buttons. the more options the better.if your trying to please the widest variety of people then make both configurations and anolog sticks.if stick users complain about button mashers, then they will have the equal opportunity to use the buttons and vise versa.
