Official Fight Night Round 4 character list
54 playable characters have been confirmed for the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 boxing game Fight Night Round 4, although it’s said to feature 48 licensed fighters. The game will be released on June 30th, 2009.
This rebirth focuses the series on realism with insane detail and a host of legendary fighters that include Muhammad Ali and Mike Tyson.

As far as the official EA website goes, Flloyd Mayweather isn’t on the game! Though there is still one boxer TBA so may be him but not sure how you would know? Care to explain ?

Or to answer your question, there have been announcements and leaks all over the internet, we just put them all together in one big list. But you’re right, these lists are always subject to change until the game’s in stores. If we’re off by one fighter we can live with that, though. 
if floyd mayweather isnt in it thats bad news, i was thinkin tyson vs ali for the first fight i try then a bit of manny pacquiao vs mayweather. i’ll have to settle with messing ricky hatton up instead
