UFC 2009 Undisputed cover athlete unveiled as Forrest Griffin

Forrest Griffin and Georges St-Pierre (In Canada) have been announced by THQ as the cover-athletes for UFC 2009 Undisputed which has a May 19th, 2009 release date on Xbox 360 and PS3.

Griffin is a fan favorite and former Light Heavyweight Champion who earned his initial UFC contract in 2005 after winning the first season of Spike TV’s “The Ultimate Fighter” reality show.

Canada will be getting their own unique cover featuring UFC Welterweight Champion Georges St-Pierre. Recognized for his tremendous athleticism and strengths in several mixed martial arts disciplines, St-Pierre is a Quebec native who recently received the prestigious “Canadian Athlete of the Year” award for 2008.
