WiiWare will support Flash for games soon
WiiWare will soon support Flash games by allowing developers to code games using Flash according to a recent post on the Official Cave Story Blog.
This could be potentially a good thing or a very bad thing. There are some very good flash games with titles like N+, Castle Crashers, Alien Homonid and Defend Your Castle (among a bajillion others) all starting life as Flash Games that you can play for free on many web-sites like Newgrounds. However as many have stated in reaction to this news, for every good flash game there are ten bad to horrible ones. So this could potentially mean even more lackluster titles for WiiWare, which would not be a positive.
