I found that by doing Chapter 5-1 Underground garden takes me 7 to 8 minutes to complete with the S&W (Unlimited ammo) it gives you 10,000. Once you have the S&W (UA) you can do each mission faster than you could before. After that's done just do what you think is the fastest and most money wielding mission and you can get what ever you want. If you need bonus points just do mission 2-3 Savanna which takes just under 6 minutes. P.S. You might want to check out into getting the H&K PSG-1 sniper rifle, It comes in handy against those pesky turrets. You do have to sell the rocket launcher every time or it won't let you pick it up.
