Onslaught 2 possibility for WiiWare, says Hudson

Onslaught 2 is a definite possibility if the first game continues to sell well says Hudson, developers of the WiiWare first-person shooter Wii-exclusive Onslaught.

If you haven’t heard of Onslaught yet, the game is an online first-person shooter where up to four players blast away at hordes of alien bugs and each other. The game also has a single-player mode and has full support of the Wii Remote and Nunchuck while playing, including pointing at the screen with the Wiimote to aim and making a throwing motion with the Nunchuck to lob grenades, among other things (such as wiping alien guts off the screen with the Wii Remote).

Hudson is asking for Onslaught feedback and had this to say about the future of Onslaught:

“Everyone seems to be pretty excited about some FPS action on WiiWare so if the game continues to do well, then there definitely might be a possibility of doing expansions, DLC (Downloadable Content), or even a full blown sequel. Feel free to drop some more ideas, suggestions on the game, thanks! – Hudson Entertainment forum admin”

It should have more online stuff like versus mode so we can try to kill each other, 2 more offline/online levels so its a perfect 15 levels in total and maybe minigames

Onslaught is an awesome game! Probably the best wiiware game yet. I think if number two comes out, it should have more missions, or an offline multiplayer mode. Also i think that it could be even better with DLC.

yeah! another sequel for this excellent game its pretty a good idea ^^ i have onslaught and i cant stop play online, and a versus mode is that it need to b the perfect game ever on wiiware!! and play it whit the accsesorie wii speak must be awesome!, more if ure playing whit friends u know in the real life! yeah hudson!! do it!! sure that gona b another of my next wii ware games c ya guys!

i’ve had this game for about 4 or 5 month’s and never played it t’ill yesterday,ther should be a sequle.if they do they should have co-op mode for story and online.plus have about 4,6,8 and 10 players online.new wepon’s and level’s.and team vs team vs alien hoard. also have people talk online with the wii mic. that should be a BLOWOUT video game sequle.that’s what me,and hopefully people would like,

onslaught 2 should have split screen co-op this time I got so excited for a wiiware first person shooter but I got less excited when I found out it is only online multiplayer

There should be a 4-player story mode and killing mode when you kill each other also there should be more vehicles to get in and more weapons and still stay 1000 wiiware points If that then this game will be downloaded by many wii users
