It's simple. You don't just stand there and kick, but if you only use the moves jump kick then Sweep or kick, with only the hard button. You will easily beat Seth. Any cpu character for that matter. This game is ridiculously easy. I repeat jump kick then sweep with most characters will beat any cpu. I dont even play video games but I used to play this one as a kid. I beat it on hardest within 4 hours and I don't even play it anymore. The computers patterns are to easy to figure out. I like playing real people though. They made the arcade too easy.
