Resident Evil 5 requires 5GB hard drive install

It has been revealed that the PlayStation 3 version of Capcom’s Resident Evil 5 will require a 5GB hard drive install in order to play the game!

For those of you out there with smaller hard drive, this may come as quite a blow. This was revealed via the back of the game’s box, which says the game requires at least 5,000 MB of storage.

It also reveals that the game has a max resolution of 720p.

Resident Evil 5 releases for the PlayStation 3 on March 13th in North America and Europe at a price of $60 for the regular edition and $90 for the Collector’s Edition. The game is rated Mature for “Blood and Gore, Intense Violence, and Strong Language”.
