Singularity sci-fi thriller game announced by Raven
Singularity has been revealed as an upcoming science fiction shooter from developer Raven Software (X-Men Legends 2, Marvel Ultimate Alliance) and publisher Activision that will use Unreal Engine 3 and is being developed for Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and PC.
The game allows players to manipulate time and jump through it as well as the awesome ability to use time-manipulation as a weapon (including aging soldiers until they turn into bone and dust!). The game is set on a small, unnamed island that is being occupied by the Russians during the Cold War. As tensions escalate between the two great powers of the world, the United States and the Soviets, a U.S. pilot discovers the horrible truth of the experiments with element E99 in the 1950s.
Game Informer will blow the lid of the game in their next issue as well as online video of gameplay and interviews with the developer as well as videos of the game in action.
Once the game is released, check out our Singularity walkthrough, Singularity chrono-notes locations guide and Singularity achievements and trophies list.
