Hasbro Family Game Night channel coming to Xbox Live Arcade along with slew of board games
Hasbro has announced that Xbox Live will be graced with a “Hasbro Family Game Night” Channel this Spring.
The general manager of EA Hasbro, Chip Lange, says that the family game night channel will allow family members who are hankering for some board game action to easily find a selection of Xbox Live Arcade board games to play.
And to that end, Hasbro will also be releasing a slew of new board games to Xbox Live Arcade as well. The new board games will include the insanely popular Scrabble (always a fun game, I played the physical board game with a friend a few nights back) as well as Boggle (a word-search game), Yahtzee (one of my personal favorites), Battleship, Connect Four, “Sorry!” and “Sorry! Sliders”.
But Microsoft isn’t the only company getting some Hasbro love. Hasbro’s Scrabble will also be headed to the Nintendo DS and Sony PSP this March.
