Looking for Wii Fit unlockables and other secrets? This guide will show you the available cheats and how to unlock all new games / exercises and challenges for Nintendo’s exercise game.
Unlock Challenge mode in muscle workouts: Get a 4 star on both reps in Press up and side stand, the Jackknife and parallel stretch to gain the challenge mode for this workout. Note: to gain the 2nd workout/ reps you need to do well in the first one so that the trainer tells you that you are doing well and should go for more reps/seconds.
Jackknife Challenge: Get a four star in both the 10 sec workout and the 20 sec workout to gain the Jacknife challenge.
Parallel Stretch Challenge: Get a four star in both the 30 sec and 60 sec workout to earn the parallel stretch challenge.
Press Up Challenge: Get a four star on both the 6 reps and 10 reps mode to unlock the Press Up challenge.
Ultimate Balance Test: At the statistics screen, which is the screen after you choose your Mii, there is the balance board character running on a treadmill in the background. Click him with your pointer and you will be asked if you would like to participate in the ultimate balance test.
Unlockable New Features: To unlock all games, play the previous games for the indicated amount of total game time or complete the highest amount of reps or do more Body tests.

Easy coins: Enter the “Balance Mode Games” menu, and select “Marble Drop Game”. Intentionally allow time to run out to fail the first challenge. You are given one coin for every one minute of game play (win or lose), and the time used to fail Marble Drop is rounded up to a one minute value. Thus, you will get one coin for failing. Simply press A to continue and fail again for another coin.
Alternate Jogging Route: When jogging, occasionally a dog will run past you and your trainer. Quickly sprint past the trainer and you will follow the dog instead, taking you on a different route around the island. The dogs will be colored either yellow, black, brown or white.
When jogging you’ll find various Mario references:
Unlockable Fitpiggy Colors: Earn enough Fitcash by playing the various balance games and your Fitpiggy will do a little dance and change color.
* Bronze Fitpiggy — Accumulate 10 hours of training time.
* Gold Fitpiggy — Accumulate 40 hours of training time.
* Silver Fitpiggy — Accumulate 20 hours of training time.
