MotorStorm Pacific Rift downloadable content on the way after it sells 1 million worldwide
Sony senior vice president of Worldwide Studios Europe Michael Denny announced that the PS3-exclusive racing game MotorStorm: Pacific Rift has sold over one million units worldwide. The sequel to Motorstorm which was released at the beginning of November 2008 and recently broke the one million milestone.
Developer Evolution Studios is already at work on new downloadable content for the game. A proud Mr. Denny continued: “We’re pleased with the high Metacritic rating of 82 per cent and it’s sold over a million units worldwide.”
No hints were given what kind of DLC is on the way. But if the original MotorStorm is any indication, expect lots of new vehicles. Favorites anyone?
