Play DOOM 1 online as a flash-based web game
Without a doubt, id’s Doom 1 is by far one of the most popular games in video game history. As such, the game, or a version of it, has been ported to virtually every system.
And now you can add another platform to the laundry list, Flash 10. That’s right, someone has taken the time and dedication to port Doom 1 in it’s entirely to the Adobe platform so that the entire game is playable as a stream right in your browser.
Although the entire game is there, it isn’t perfect. It does lack music and the sound can be a little wonky at times, but regardless this is still a fun, easy way to play the world’s most popular first-person shooter if you haven’t before.
