Street Fighter 4 release date is February 17th, 2009. Introducing Gouken trailer revealed

Street Fighter IV is Capcom’s upcoming fighting opus that seeks to return Street Fighter to it’s glorious roots while updating the beast to modern-day at the same time. No small feat.

And now the game finally has an official release date. Street Fighter 4 will be released in North America for Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and PC on Tuesday, February 17th, 2009 and in Europe three days later on Friday, February 20th, 2009.

Here is a new trailer introducing Gouken, the martial arts master who trained Ken and Ryu and has been mentioned in several of the game’s dating back to the original Street Fighter II. And now, finally, he makes his full fledged debut in Street Fighter IV.

Thanks for the info!!! I can’t wait for this!!! I’m very excited about the characters in the game!!!!! I wonder if it will include those mini games like in SFII?
