How to unlock all Dragon Ball Z: Infinite World characters

Dragon Ball Z: Infinite World on PS2Take the following steps to unlock the secret characters out of the 40 total Dragon Ball Z: Infinite World characters playable characters (not including transformations) in the PlayStation 2-exclusive versus fighting game.

To unlock those secret characters, you have to successfully complete the Saga they are in. Then, go to the Warrior’s Room. Go to the shop, and purchase them. When you have completed the Dragon missions, you can buy the new option labeled “?????” for 50,000 Zeni.

No offense but that doesn’t answer anything really… …It tells you how to unlock the Fighters Road category. In my experience it’s generally the concept of making much more Zenni only you can use other characters besides the Z Fighters. Like Freeza or Cooler, but I’ve never been able to unlock Uub or Android Nineteen. If there is a way to do it I’d be happy to confirm or deny it.
