Oblivion 2 maybe coming in 2010

Bethesda Softworks, creators of The Elder Scrolls RPG series (The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion) and more recently Fallout 3, have said in a recent interview that “Oblivion 2″ AKA “The Elder Scrolls V” will be released in 2010.

Paul Oughton, Bethesda publishing executive, had this to say: “At the moment we’ve got Fallout 3 for this year and potentially there’s a new Elder Scrolls title in 2010. At the moment we’re not that interested in the Wii. We’re going to stick to PS3, Xbox 360 and PC. We’ll continue to pursue three or four titles a year and go for big titles,” he told GI.biz about the company’s publishing plans for the future.

Last month Bethesda also indicated they wish to release Fallout 4 by 2011.

YOU KNOW WHAT would make oblivion the best game in the whole wide world?
if it just had a multiplayer option. 2 players then it would be the most popular game in the world. but i suppose that would be to laggy? :S

I think that if you could attack while on a horse and a wider range of weaponry such as spears. etc. and a 2- player option.

*****… “Oblivion 2 AKA Elder Scrolls V”. Well I have news for you it won’t be called Oblivion. That was the subtitle for Elder Scrolls 4, a SUBTITLE. They won’t use it again. God help us if it’s a true sequel to that pile of **** anyway.

christ, your one of those sad people that thinks they know everything about games and feel the need to comment on every game negatively appart from maybe halo which you probably play for bout 5 hours a day, grow up you sado, who cares if someone refers to it as oblivion 2?
