-more vehicles bycycles,skateboards,skates,and more.
-more mini-games for the game system
-more-mini-games throughtout the city.
-sr3 should take place in a bigger and more realistic city.
-we should be able to ride the bus,taxi,train,and airplane.
-railroad crossing
-bigger highways
-lots of visitable places
-buy pets
-at least 19 radio stations with music from 2007,2008,and 2009.
-not to turn sr3 into gta 4 but i think we should be able to use the computers to play games,browse the web,and send messages to homies.also to buy stuff over the web and see news updates.
-more realistic driving,crashing,and steering physics
-when peds get shot in the leg,arm,stomach,or back they shuold fall not continue to run.
-for cribs we should also be able to buy fish tanks,kitchen stuff and bedroom stuff.
-see kids go to school
-fireworks as a weapon or for fun.
-more stuff to buy from the gas station and brown baggers.
-visitable places museums,zoo’s,buildings,more hospitals,fire dpt,mall with a lot more stores to visit,diners,theme parks,and wayyyyyyyy more!!!!!!

note that these suggestions maybe kind of crazy but im a huge fan of saints row and these are just ideas.

car custimisation was one of the best bits of sr2 but it needs alot more options one thing i would like is being able to paint the care your self so you can out the coulers where you want them and alot more options for things like *graphics* bullet proof armour as someone said things like that i also love the idea of the real life focus espesialy the jail bit being able to do things in there like selling escaping but the option of sleeping to make it go instant aswell also the crib customising there should be a shop for furnature and decorating instead of only having 3 options for each bit and being able to rob houses for things for you having girlfriends/ boyfriends also a great ideataking them on dates etc etc also it realy needs more than one city maby 3 so that there is a point in driving planes instaed of me shouting kamakzie and then crashing into the ultor building lol and on the big map they need to tell you wich ones of the street races you have and have not done cuz that was a pain in sr2 but alot of diffences need to be made on charictor custumising cloths and hair the long hair needs to be alot better and being able to draw shapes into it if u have buzz and the fact that if you commit crimes like serial killing or genecide to the human race it should be reported on the radio or tv more awsome weapons but no matter what keep the pimp slap and the katana and dont put the achivement for the zombie game i meen 5 g for all that it was hard alot more crazy activities to be added and finaly being able to use internet in game but not the crappy way like in gta4 put alot more in it like loads of comedy pages and ummmmmmmm… porn
