Saints Row 3 confirmed to be in the works at Volition. Release date expected in 2010

Did you know the story of the Saints Row series was originally written as a trilogy? Developer Volition’s associate producer Dan Sutton has revealed that they are already working on Saints Row 3.

In a recent interview he said that “Saints Row 3 will take a very different direction,” and that that’s why Saints Row 2 wraps up most of the loose-ends left over from the original Saints Row’s story. To quote: “In Saints Row 2 we tie-up a lot of loose ends. I think we tie it up deliberately. We’ve already started work on Saints Row 3, and we have a new direction we want to go in with that which we of course can’t talk about. We wrap up a lot in this one. There’s no frustration.”

No further details are known about the game, but it’s expected to have a 2010 release on Xbox 360, PS3 and PC. There have been rumors that Dex is the main target in Saints Row 3, that the game will take place in Stilwater once again, and that there will be both old and new customizations, new activities, etc. Publisher THQ’s tentative release schedule reveals Saints Row 3 is planned to arrive sometime after April 1st, 2010.

MY wish list for the best game sr3 homies bring back will,mr wong,samantha,and johnny gat,pirce and shandi,ben king come back and rebuild the Vice kings and then hook up with the saints and help the boss to take out the other gangs,tera patrick comes back and she and the boss will get married and at the wedding ultor trash the weddingand and then dex shoot tera in the arm bat survive and then the boss kills dex with a head shot.they should put more drugs like in sr.1 and more new songs,new clothes,u should get to play football with homies and ,better tattoos, nice counter kills.

I think the game should continue showing u getting shot down in the helicopter by Dex. this will kill Thobias and seriously injure Shaundi pierce and Gat. u survive. Dex will then control Stilwater and leaves u powerless. one night, like in SR1 u will be pinned down by a gang and before u get shot, Ben king saves u. then u slowly build up the saints again getting Gat Shaundi and pierce back

i think this is sweet but i think Perice should turn on u or something in the middle or maybe the end of SR3 and wind up being like Julis Son and wants revenge or something and starts a New Gang called like the 3rd Street Sinners or something like a chep rip off of the Saints and Donnie eather Joins ur Gang or Perices or starts his on gang and u know the movies saw how they do the whole flash backs to what was happing induring something else well they can do that only from the first game and second game like perice turning on u Dex turning on u and Troy snooping around and stuff it would be sweet lol i typed alot

Sr3 should have gta4 graphics with the sr’s game play that would knock off gta and sr is already better than gta…i think so any body else…
