Fallout 4 release by 2011 would be good, hints Bethesda dev

You won’t have to wait 10 years for Bethesda Softworks to release Fallout 4 like you have on Fallout 3, for PC, Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 after the second game. Todd Howard, executive producer of the action-RPG, said in an interview that: “I think it’s good for people to miss things. Ten years between Fallout is a bit long, but I think there’s this nostalgia factor.”

Luckily for fans of the post-Apocalyptic game, set in Washington, D.C., Reuters reports that you won’t have to wait another decade for Fallout 4. After asking Mr. Howard about it, he said he believes three years is a good time frame between games.

A 2011 date hinted for Fallout 4 sure beats waiting another 10 years! But let’s first play Fallout 3 when it arrives on October 28th, 2008.

January 2009 update: Fallout 3 executive producer Todd Howard mentioned in an interview two important lessons he learned from making Fallout 3, that he will carry with him to Fallout 4. To quote: “Greatest lesson? Don’t let the game end, and don’t have a level cap.”

Great character creation and more customization features such as clothes and dirty custom characters and more pistols and real makeshift weapons will keep fallout fresh. Id love to find tape and a rough gun format to make a zip gun! or even deep than that would be fun.

I love follout 3 and can’t wait for follout 4 to come out.
i still play follout 3, to me it never gets old and it fun.

ok, fallout 4 is going to be in las vegas, and it will come out november 16,2010. it would be called fallout new vegas and i already saw awesome screenshots of it. cant wait

It would be nice if Fallout 4 doesn’t crash every ten minutes.

Also, it would be nice if you could drive a vehicle or two. It would also be nice to have a coop option. So that at least 2 players can beat the game together. That’s how games should be.

ya i hate all the crashes, but it is still very fun. it would be cool if dogmeat could carry stuff, you know like a pack mule. and it would be nice if there wasn’t like an absolute best armor or gun like in fallout 3, i would like them all (armor and guns) to be best in something, but not everthing. maybe a bit more settlements too.

it may seem from my comments that i don’t like the game but that is not true. i LOVE it and i just want the next one to be even better.

Oh ya, one last thing, KEEP THE GHOULS! they are awsome, both th feral and the “normal”. Bethesda, whatever you do, keep the ghouls.

Im not sure about the rest of you but the major thing in any sequeal’s
is if youre going to make one you dont make things smaller like in some games you make them bigger my idea is, for example your in megaton and you really get tired of the people and location MOVE take up residents in a subway tunnel or better yet rebuild parts of the building clear out caved in parts really utilize the stats aka repair, medical, explosives and tidy up or clean homes god knows how many times ive walked into a ruin and wanted to fix it and use it tomy advantage
