How difficult is Mega Man 9 really? Game Center CX TV show host finds out

Pre-order Retro Game Challenge for DSThe popular Japanese Game Center CX TV series sees comedian Shinya Arino play the most famous retro games (mostly Famicom AKA NES games) for one day each episode. The result of him playing difficult classic games is frustrating for him and hilarious for the audience.

The TV show has gathered such a big cult following since it’s start in 2003, that Game Center CX got its own Nintendo DS game. The highly rated game is now even getting an American release, as the renamed Retro Game Challenge, that you’ll be able to play on January 6th, 2009.

Mega Man 9  boxartIn the latest episode of Game Center CX he plays Mega Man 9 on the Wii! The downloadable game is a brand new 8-bit style release by Capcom (it’s also out on Xbox 360 and PS3).
