DJ Max Fever has been announced for release on PSP on November 11th, 2008 in America.
The game was a huge hit in Korea and has players tapping beats in time to the music to rack up high scores. Like most music rhythm games, players pick a song from a list and must then tap corresponding buttons to the various icons that cross a line above the button indicators. The difference of course being that this game has a disc jockey vibe with techno beats, scratching and scantily clad DJ girls.
The new DJ Max Fever is a mix of the previous Korean games “DJ Max Portable” and “DJ Max 2″. It will include over 100 songs, a Freestyle Moe that’s activated by performing a perfect mix, goal-based contests called Extreme challenges, five difficulty levels
DJ Max Fever is going to be a mix of DJ Max Portable and DJ Max 2. The title will pack in more than 100 songs for you to tap through; a Freestyle mode that’s activated by performing a perfect mix; goal-based contests called Extreme challenges; five difficulty modes (as the original versions were notorious for being brutally tough), a Network Battle Mode, and a collection gallery of house music videos, soundtracks and images you can unlock.
