New Mirror’s Edge gameplay video from the Leipzig GC show
Mirror’s Edge is an upcoming first-person action adventure game that blends free-running ala Assassin’s Creed with a groundbreaking ultra-realistic first-person perspective that makes you FEEL like you are really performing the acrobatic actions you see on-screen; complete with the ability to see Faith’s arms, hands, legs and feet as you run through the games various environments at high speed.
As you can see in the all new Leipzig Games Convention 2008 video, Mirror’s Edge from developer EA Digital Illusions CE (DICE for short) looks to redefine first-person gaming, while also offering traditional shooting elements as well as fighting mechanics that have to be seen to be believed. And you will get a taste in this video which shows 3 minutes of direct-feed gameplay footage!
