Bioshock movie coming in 2010
The Bioshock movie has received some excellent news. Gore Berbinski will be directing the film and it is set for release in 2010. Based on the best-selling (and Game of the Year award-winning) video game of the same name (which is already out on Xbox 360 & PC with Bioshock PS3 coming this October).
Gore Verbinski is a critically acclaimed director who has been responsible for The Ring and the hugely successful Pirates of the Caribbean Trilogy. The script for the Bioshock‘s big-screen debut is being handled by The Aviator screenwriter John Logan.
