I politely emailed every winner in advance to say your games might arrive in days, weeks or well over a month. I have no way to tell you when everything will arrive at your house from a sponsored prize, except that it WILL arrive eventually.

Just because you’re impatient doesn’t mean you should be rude about getting a free game. You guys aren’t asking, you’re acting like we’re cheating you out of something. I’m getting a bit fed up with the majority of the dozens of winners this year complaining about having to wait on their game and sending in angry emails as well. It takes all the fun out of it for me too, you know.

PS: I do agree that two months is a long wait, but my hands are tied here. I’ll make a comment about it to the right people, but it won’t speed things up since it’s organized through multiple parties. Your addresses are put on a list and once the games are in, they are sent to you.
