Activision has revealed that Kiefer Sutherland of 24 fame will lend his voice-over talents to Treyarch’s upcoming Call of Duty 5: World at War. A game they describe as the “grittiest Call of Duty ever”.

At E3 2008 they also announced some new details for the game as well as a new trailer (take a look below).
Call of Duty: World at War will feature online co-op for up to four-players, which they had built into the game from the ground up. In addition to online cooperative play for 4-players, two-player local play is also supported for those without an online connection (or who just enjoy playing with their buddy sitting right next to them).
Take a look at the new trailer that shows troops moving through the night, shots of the ever-present flamethrower lighting up a tank, a Japanese soldier running an American through with his katana, and, of course, Kiefer Sutherland doing his part to make the game even more awesome.
