New Prince of Persia 4 tag team trailer from E3 2008
An absolutely beautiful new Prince of Persia 4 trailer has been revealed at E3 2008.
The trailer takes a very artistic approach with some beautiful music that I think is very well fitting, but I don’t know that it’ll be representative of the final product.
Nothing new is really shown outside of getting to see the Prince and Elika, the female you see in the video, working as a team to not only climb and navigate obstacles (jumping from ledge to ledge) but also to battle enemies. The new art style is in full force and I think this trailer is really meant to shine the light on that aspect.
Story
The adventure begins with a new Prince of Persia, a wanderer, a vagabond, is returning home from an adventure on a donkey laden with treasure, which he earned on his previous venture. He desires to spend his treasure on many luxuries, including women and liquor. But suddenly, he is caught in a fierce sandstorm. When the sandstorm subsides, he finds himself in a mythical garden of beauty, dominated at its center by a massive Tree of Life. The Prince and a girl, Elika, find each other, and, in the same predicament, decide to help each other. Together, they venture to the center of this grand oasis. When they arrive at the center, they witness the destruction of the tree, and the freedom of Ahriman, the ancient god of darkness. After being set free, Ahriman starts corrupting the lands with darkness and evil. The Prince, with the aid of Elika and her new found powers, take up arms against Ahriman’s corruption, in an attempt to drive it back and cleanse the world.

Still wondering iff anyone knows the name of the song. We used in in a college dance concert and I can’t recall what it was.
