I can totally see Yahtzee's point on his review.

The glaring "problems" he speaks of are, I'm sure, a nightmare to a professional reviewer. He does have valid points and I won't say, so to speak, that he's wrong. He's got great points and he always has intelligent ways of expressing it (and some really funny ways as well). I can understand his frustration...

In my opinion if you enjoyed the series so far, there's no way you can go wrong with this game. Sure Metal Gear has been a little off center with its story telling but for the most part I don't play games to get immersed in realism. I use it to "escape". I've also, like he said, come to expect a colorful story from Mr Kojima.

I could go on and on but basically, the "problems" he said ARE there, but for me it doesn't ruin the experience I've been waiting for. It's better than I'd imagined it.

It's true, they both make valid points. I've been slowly playing the game for the past two weeks finished it earlier this week and I found it to be an absolute masterpiece. I think it will be a tough game to review, because I personally feel the control or story downsides mentioned in the video reviews above, aren't that big of a deal since the overall experience is so polished. But of course not everyone will feel that way.

I bought MGS4, and I loved that first review of the hater, he hates all games, so everyone should get over it. I didn't watch all of the second one, but I'm sure they both have points.
