The first appearance of Little Sister in BioShock terrified me because I was powerless to know immediately what to do with her

In condemed when the mannequin’s start appearing in different places when you turn around and then behind you!! AHhh!
Yea I was playing Halo 3 on legendary. BTW it was on a 30in HDTV. I was in the Floods base and I ran out of ammo in my assult riffle (im gettin the chills just typing about it) so I moved my camera around to see if I could find a gun. I turn to my left and I saw a Huge Popcorn flood right next to me staring. It was horrifying and gross at the same time because you could see bubbles popping out of him. Just when I started to back up he popped letting out tons of small spiders and they killed me. To this day I always find a buddy online to play that level with. Well hope you like my story.
Easily RE 2, when you get the key in the interrogation room and u can kinda see somethin in the mirror, only Well, i was 11 and didnt no wut the hell a 2way mirror was and decided to put my face up against the glass and see it and BOOOOM a licker crashes through it and massacres u. man those old games like RE and SH were the best
Now I know most did not find this game scary, however I always found the Myst and Riven series to be utterly chilling. Its not the fact that there was anything within the game built to terrify you, it was the fact that there was nothing. The worlds were always so desolate yet they immersed you in this lush world filled with nothing but beauty. You knew someone or something was responsible for the creation of these places however there was no one. All the while never knowing who you were or if anyone was out to get you. Throughout the entire game your back was to the world, it felt as if something might creep up on you at any moment in time. The game immersed you so well within its story that it felt at times that you were the wanderer and you just might be taken by surprise while you weren’t looking.
Halo playing against the flood. It was on the really long level in the Library I believe. Flood just kept coming and coming and I kept running out of ammo. There were so many times where I would jump because something I didn’t see started hitting me.
