New video game releases week 24, 2008
Here’s a list of this weeks U.S. game releases. Apparently “summer drought” is replaced with “lots of juicy games”. The most popular games are Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots on PS3, Dragon Ball Z: Burst Limit on Xbox 360 & PS3, and NASCAR 09 on multiple platforms. On the downloadable games front we’ve got today’s Wii Shop titles My Pokemon Ranch, Dig Dug, Upa, and Wolf of the Battlefield: Commando 3 and Frogger 2 on Xbox Live Arcade (updates Wednesday), as well as Earthworm Jim, Earthworm Jim 2, Earthworm Jim 3D, Sacred Gold on GameTap Gold (updates Thursday). No word yet on any PlayStation Store games (updates Thursday).
