On Xbox Live Arcade today: Aces of the Galaxy, Roogoo and Rock Band songs

From today, at 9AM GMT (2AM PDT), you can play Sierra Online’s Aces of the Galaxy on Xbox Live Arcade for Xbox 360. Aces of the Galaxy will be available worldwide for 800 Microsoft Points (that’s US$10 / €9.60 / £6.80 / CAN$12.40 / AU$13.20).

Control the fastest guns in space in Aces of the Galaxy, the non-stop, old-school arcade space-shooter for the 21st century. Utilize an impressive arsenal of upgradeable weapons including powerful missile launchers, devastating torpedoes and the ever-reliant chain gun to annihilate the rival Skurgian Empire ships.

Key game features include:

Key game features include:
* New puzzle mechanic: Roogoo features unique 3-D puzzle mechanics where players guide shaped blocks through rotating disks in order to bring them to the ground for high scores while defeating the evil Meemoo.

* Multiplayer mode: The game features robust head-to-head two-player split screen competition over Xbox LIVE for a seriously fun race mode.
